CityServ ("we," "us," "our") operates cityserv.org ("Site"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

5. Right to Moderate
We may remove any content for any reason at our sole discretion. We are not obligated to explain moderation decisions.
6. DMCA Notice and Takedown
To submit a copyright infringement notice, email takedown@cityserv.org with the information required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3). See our DMCA page for designated agent details.
7. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant the accuracy of organization listings. Verification badges indicate only that a named third-party source has the organization in its records — they are not endorsements of safety or quality.
CityServ is an information directory. We do not employ, endorse, vet, or supervise any organization listed. Always use your own judgment, especially when volunteering with children or vulnerable populations.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CityServ and its officers from any claims arising from your use of the Site or your User Content.
10. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, except as provided in Section 11.
11. Arbitration and Class-Action Waiver
TO BE FINALIZED BY ATTORNEY. This section will include mandatory arbitration under AAA Consumer Rules with carve-outs for small-claims court and IP disputes, plus a class-action waiver.
12. Section 230 Reservation
CityServ is an "interactive computer service" as defined in 47 U.S.C. § 230 and is not the publisher or speaker of User Content submitted by users.
13. Anti-SLAPP Notice
Reviews submitted on this platform constitute public-interest speech protected under New York Civil Rights Law §§ 70-a and 76-a. Meritless legal threats against reviewers may expose the claimant to attorney fee liability.
14. Miscellaneous
If any provision is found unenforceable it shall be severed and the remainder shall continue in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CityServ. We may update these Terms with notice for material changes.
