CAAAV: Organizing Asian Communities is a citywide organization that builds power among low-income Asian immigrants in NYC. Founded in 1986, CAAAV organizes Southeast Asian and South Asian tenants in Chinatown and the Bronx, fighting for affordable housing, workers' rights, and police accountability.
